Porn star was penalized for sexual intercourse in the London tube

Porn actor George Mason fined 1,000 pounds for a threesome with two other men in the London underground car. The video of the copulation was posted on Twitter.
35-year-old George Mason and 24-year-old Nicholas Mullan had sex with an unidentified third man in the presence of passengers on one of the Central sections of the London underground between Leicester Square and Waterloo stations, representatives of the prosecution said in the Westminster magistrate's court.
This happened in July 2017, and in February last year in the «Twitter» with the signature «100% real shooting» there was a record of the act.
Mason pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in court. He was fined 1,000 pounds (85.6 thousand rubles). Mullan was not fined, but he was assigned 12 months of community service. In addition, he must pay 170 pounds in respect of legal costs.
The couple was returning to Mason's home after a day in the city.
«The defendants in various ways entered into sexual intercourse in the presence of a traveling public», said Prosecutor Robert Simpson at the meeting.
«The incident was recorded by them, and video – is loaded in «Twitter» where it was seen by other gay man, and, having considered that it passes limits of decency, complained in police», – the Prosecutor told.
The video was posted to an account linked to Mason. Mullan was tracked through the Northern Ireland escort website. The third member of copulation was never found.
According to the couple's lawyer, the idea of having sex in the train came to them spontaneously when they returned home after a day in the city.
Presiding judge Lucinda Lubbock called the incident «unpleasant and serious.»
«Its seriousness is compounded by the fact that it got into social networks, – the judge continued. We believe that this will be a lesson to you. As your lawyer pointed out, you've already been humiliated in front of the social media court.»
